I am a Software Engineer at Amazon (Fuse) and a Robotics researcher. I graduated with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Robotics) from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Yi Guo. Prior to my Ph.D., I received my M.S. in Control Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2015, and my B.E. in Automation from Zhengzhou University in 2013.
My professional experience spans distributed systems, cloud computing, developer tools automation, and robotics:
- At Amazon Fuse, I design and develop core microservices and billing features, including new carrier-billing payment integrations and automated incident response tools.
- At Amazon Robotics and AI, I built synchronous PLC-gRPC communication mechanisms and coordinated parallel item-handling routines for robotic workcells.
- At Seedland, I worked on autonomous viewpoint planning and SE(3) camera path generation for 3D mapping and reconstruction robots.
My academic research focused on autonomous mobile robots, wearable sensor fusion, gait monitoring, and multi-robot formation control.
